898p Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Sports Betting

By accessing, registering for, or using the 898p, available at 898p.best, the user confirms having read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to the Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling which are incorporated into this document by reference.

• Bets placed on events that have already ended or whose outcome is already known will be declared void and the amount returned to the user's balance.
• In the event of a sporting event being suspended, cancelled, or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the help section, which vary by sport and market type.
• The 898p uses RNG (random number generator) technology certified by independent laboratories for all automated casino games. Live tables use real physical equipment with high-definition video streaming.
• Reciprocal hedging bets across multiple accounts are prohibited and constitute abuse of the platform's terms.

The 898p offers a variety of promotions for both new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms published on the Promotions, which should be read in full before redemption. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are:

• Welcome Bonus: available to new registrations only, on the first deposit. A 100% credit match up to R$ 500.00 is applied automatically. A 30x rollover on the bonus amount is required before any winnings can be withdrawn.

• Creating or using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages on promotions or to circumvent restrictions applied to a specific account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful activity under Brazilian law.
• Attempting to access, modify, or damage the systems or database of 898p through reverse engineering, malicious code injection, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or any other unauthorized technical method.
• Coordinating bets with other users to manipulate outcomes or systematically exploit odds inconsistencies.

The 898p applies automated monitoring and human review of suspicious activity. Conduct that violates these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

The 898p reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The 898p takes an active approach to responsible gambling. The platform is designed to give every user full control over their experience, with tools accessible directly from account settings:
